Due to the nature of the event and hard costs incurred by the promoter the closer to the date of the actual event, the refund policy on all Harden Offroad events is as follows:
- Cancel 60 days or more before the event date: Entry refunded(minus $35.00 transaction fee).
- Cancel 30 days to 60 days before the event: 50% entry refunded(minus $35.00 transaction fee).
- Cancel within 30 days of the event: No refund.
- No exceptions or modifications to this policy are offered.
