The 2nd Annual Yankee Fork Rendezvous Presented by Red Line Oil is on! In development for over four years, we’ve worked very hard with the Challis, ID local community, Town Council, Chamber of Commerce, the Salmon/Challis Forest Service, BLM and local Challis Trails Alliance to make this event a reality. Based on everything we learned at the inaugural YFR plus what we’ve learned from 42 years of hosting events like the Nevada 200 this year’s event will be even better. What hasn’t changed is that the YFR is co-promoted by Harden Offroad and Rodney Smith. Both Rodney and I have no doubts this year’s YFR will be very special and become another absolute “must” bucket list ride.
The Yankee Fork Rendezvous consists of three days of epic Idaho mountain trails, banquets, parties and seminars from legends in the sport. The trails are phenomenal and include a mixture of two track jeep trails, 50” UTV trails and pristine Idaho single track. Elevation ranges from 5214’ in Challis to the top of Ramshorn Mtn at 10,296’. We’ve designed the ride to be a fun ride, not a hard enduro or stress test (although we have plenty of single-track challenges for those up for it). We want everyday riders to be able to enjoy themselves and feel like they’ve challenged themselves just enough to be satisfied they’ve ridden something special. For sure each participant will have seen some spectacular scenery as well as historic sites like the town of Bayhorse, the infamous Skylark “hanging” mine and several other amazing destinations.
The YFR is supported by some of the biggest companies in the off-road industry, many of whom will be in attendance. Like all Harden Offroad events we put as much emphasis on what happens off the bike as what happens on the trail. Once you arrive, we have non-stop activities all designed to bring people together, share our common love of all things off-road, meet legends and hall of famers, create experiences and memories to last a lifetime. By the way, Our Ultimate Bench Racing Session from last year featuring Bob Hannah and Kevin Schwantz will be hard to top, but we think we have.
Our special guest this year is non other than Motocross/Supercross Legend Damon “The Beast from the East” Bradshaw!!
Limited to just 150 entries we are sure this event will sell out quickly so don’t wait get your entry in now.
